I'm a drummer/composer, writer, performer and researcher. Doctoral candidate in Musical Creation Processes at the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and Master in Jazz Studies at the University of Aveiro (Portugal). I'm part of groups that practice free musical improvisation within and outside the academic field, such as Orquestra Errante, Ñembo and Duo Cóz and I worked as an accompanying musician for the group Vésper Vocal and artists Marcelo Segreto (Pasárgada Philharmonic) and Wilson Sukorsky.

As a composer I conceived original music for the play Monstro  by Cia Artera de Teatro, for the multi-language scenic trio Miséria Prima, Rara Palavra by IMO Coletivo, for the performance A scenic poem for Ferreira Goulart and for the children's show Bichos and other beings of Claraboia Cia de Histórias, in addition to directing musical of the play HYBRIS da Enfim (+1) Cia de Teatro. I've also been composing instrumental music and songs and contributing to audiovisual projects for the Dto6 group and the visual artist Paulo Ahumada Rovai, located in Córdoba, Argentina.

In 2016 I published the book of concrete poetry (untitled) and in  soon I will release the book-exhibit Hollow or phrases made for frivolous moments.

In recent years I have created the performances História de um justo (2017), Limit-ações (2019) and How to listen to a bergamot (2021).

From the research I do on real-time music creation processes and the decolonization of the senses in music, I've done three  experimental short films: Presenças (2019), Mais um dia (2020) with bassist Miguel Antar and Som Latente (2021) with artist Marina Mapurunga.

I am also co-founder of Jardim das Máquinas, a collective artistic space located in the Barra Funda neighborhood in São Paulo.
